An extract from the text: “Disrupted Borders is a story about journeys, where artists cross a cultural landscape with the aim of bridging the enormous gaps in our social and economic worlds. The selection of works in Disrupted Borders reflects a diversity of theme, views and backgrounds; it attempts to engage the audience in a debate away from the European rhetoric of modernism, towards a plurality of art-making practices.”
