Title: Frank Bowling RA | Full of Light,  27 October - 2 December 2006 - G.N.N’Namdi Gallery/New York/Chicago/Detroit

Designer: Alejandro Garcia, Published by: G.N N’Namdi Gallery © 2006 Contents: Frank Bowling RA - Full of Light: Some notes towards a definition of the works of an early 21st century abstract artist - p. 4-9 - Written by Spencer A. Richards. Brooklyn, New York - 9 November, 2005; Resume p. 98 - 105.

From the inside cover: Frank Bowling’s primary medium is light itself; with his use of colour and his technique of mixing gels and turpentine, he creates an illuminating canvas that permeates the viewer’s eye. Bowling became greatly interested in controlled accidents and the unexpected reactions that take place between different mediums and pigments. Through these processes, a brilliance of texture and colour emerges and becomes “Full of Light.” Please join us celebration of Frank Bowling being elected as a member of England’s prestigious Royal Academy of Art, Burlington House, Piccadilly London. The Royal Academy is the oldest fine arts institution in Britain and has a long history as a centre of artistic excellence.”
