Aubrey Williams: Dreams and Visions - October Gallery 2004

Solo show at The October Gallery. 2004
Date: 20 May, 2004 until 19 June, 2004
Organiser: October Gallery

For years before his death, London’s October Gallery emerged as a committed advocate for Aubrey Williams’ work. This advocacy and commitment has continued in the decades following the Guyana-born artist’s death in 1990. Typical in this regard was the exhibition Aubrey Williams: Dreams and Visions, held at October Gallery 20 May  - 19 June 2004.

The exhibition’s invitation card for the Private View of Wednesday 19 May 2004, featured Untitled, 1970, gouache on paper, 137.5 x 50.5 cm. The exhibition was to be opened by Mel Gooding.
