From the brief description: “Hysteria was a nineteenth century Black female artist who travelled to Europe from the Americas to seek fame and fortune. There are 2 sections dedicated to Events and Artists’ Talks: Thursday 5 December 6.30 - 8pm “Exhibiting artist Maud Sulter talks about her work and the tradition of Blackwomwen’s creativity. In addition to the above events, there are opportunties for schools to have guided tours and workshops during the exhibitions.“
